PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Grand View-On-Hudson on the 8th day of October, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. at the temporary Village Hall, 204 Hudson Terrace, Piermont, New York 10968 to consider the application submitted by Amit Goswami for site plan approval for the construction of a single family residence.

The subject premises are situated on the east side of River Road, known as 62 River Road, designated on the Tax Map as Section 71.30 Block 1 Lot 11, in an R-10 Zoning District.

Copies of the aforesaid application are available for public review at the temporary office of the Village Clerk/Treasurer, Village of Grand View-On-Hudson, 20-4 Hudson Terrace, Piermont, New York 10968 during regular business hours Mondays through Fridays, exclusive of holidays.
