PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Grand View-On-Hudson on the 19th day of October, 2015 at 7:30 P.M. at the temporary Village Hall, 204 Hudson Terrace, Piermont, New York 10968, to consider the adoption of a proposed local law entitled “A Local Law Repealing Local Law No. 2 of 2014 of the Village of Grand View-On-Hudson”, which proposed local law repeals Local Law No. 2 of 2014. Local Law No. 2 of 2014 permitted the Village to exceed the tax levy limit in its 2014/2015 Village Budget.
Copies of the aforesaid proposed local law are available for public review at the office of the Village Clerk/Treasurer, Village of Grand View-On-Hudson, 204 Hudson Terrace, Piermont, New York 10968 during regular business hours, Mondays through Fridays, exclusive of holidays.
